We do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare and beauty products. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

All of our products are made with natural ingredients and contain no synthetic additives. The product’s shelf life is indicated on the packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product arrives with any issue or complication, please contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
